About the bullfrog:
Bullfrogs are as surprisingly large as cricket frogs are small. They breed from June through July. Females lay 10,000 to 20,000 eggs in large, gelatinous masses. The tadpoles are also large. They spend 3 to 14 months in the water before metamorphosis. Bullfrogs eat anything smaller than they are (birds, rodents, fish, frogs, toads...) They are nocturnal.
